- Rooh Amer Apparel is eligible for exchange for size-related issues, within 7 days of delivery if the original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.
- Home category, fragrances, and other category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
- Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Accessories and Jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Gifts purchased online are not eligible for exchange/refund/return
